Cleverley the new signing then if hes not off to Newcastle, another couple of young uns in Chicharito and Smalling. Vida , Tosic and Foster sold for big fees, United in big profit again in a transfer market.

3rd place next season probably. Attack can get by but midfield not just good enough.

I know the World Cup players are missing from that list, but we really are lacking in 'star quality' aren't we? (not including Giggs & Scholes obviously, but they're not gonna be around forever)

Having said that, I'm sure as we speak David Gill is tying up a few 'big deals' so we can move up a level next season. After all, the money's available if the manager so wishes.

Probably get moved on before the start of the season.

Probably. He looked very promising before he got injured and then he was never really the same again. It wasn't even that serious an injury really, just a bad cut.

It make me wonder if, SAF is planning too sell him before the start of the season & does'nt want too risk him picking up an injury that could delay a sale, which in turn could also delay a possable new incoming signing, after all it's no secret that, Carrick was made one of the cheif-scapegoats,along with, Anderson, in the eyes of, SAF for our defeat against, Barcelona 14 months ago, so there for it is fair too assume that, Carrick's nightmare at home to, Bayern Munich would have seen him taking up permenant residence in the manager's doghouse.

Carrick was in the World Cup squad. Fergie promised all the World Cup players that they don't have to return for a month after getting knocked out. Hernandez is only playing the game in Mexico as it was part of the deal.
