3 worst centre halves in top 21

In the Times Poll in 2007 of 50 worst players at top level, they said Premiership but goes back a bit before, we had 3 centre halves in the top 21 (all positions)

Who were they?

I've looked up the list having read that Prunier wasn't top centre half, and "a bit" before the Premiership is stretching it a tad.
