I think rashfords attitude problem is easily more fixable than antony's basic lack of competence

Rashford had a three month purple patch between December 2022 and February 2023. Significant periods either side of that has been vast amounts of disinterested shite. Coincidentally both dips in form happened after being handed shiny new contracts

Yeah, his attitude is fixable - we could tell him he's going to get 550k a week if he plays well until the end of the season. He'd be sound until the pen left the paper.

I’ve no problem with the general message - our players are on stupid contracts with no real pressure and none of them seem to give a shit. I pretty much hate them all. In Italy, they’d be bottled out of the training ground every day.

Martial sancho and Antony out for me. We’d do well to get 50p back on those three shit @#%&!s. Antony is just a really poor ineffective player but has the right attitude. The other two are just @#%&!s.

There’s more to having the “right attitude” than just running about a lot.

Antony could be a decent but incredibly expensive squad player. Can't see him ever being more than that once (if) we get the recruitment right but it's not like we are going to be getting too many offers for him so might as well use him as we can. He's not Sancho or Martial levels of beyond redemption . That transfer fee though. If we'd paid what he's actually worth - 30-40m - he'd be a good signing.

It's Rashford's attitude body lanquage that is the problem he just don't look interested in playing football for anyone & I suspect that would still be the case even if was transfered to let's say PSG or even Barcalona for that matter
