Default Is Berbatov turning it around?

His last 3 performances have been very good, is he about to give us that little extra push we need to go and win the league?

Next few games are Wolves away, Milan home, Fulham home before the big game against the Scousers which could crown Berbatov's recovery.

I've not been a fan of him because he has been disappointing but i'm certainly not one of the people who hope he doesn't do well just so they can moan about him, he always says the right things and wants to make it here so all the best to him.

Your thoughts, your thoughts.

Makes me laugh this, people say he doesn't work hard enough etc but when he clearly does they pretend it doesn't really matter, yet use the argument of 'chasing around' against Berbatov/for other players all the time.

Lasting in bed longer than two minutes every now and then does not make you a stallion.

He played well vs West Ham, involved in both goals.

He was good again on Sunday, set up several chances for his team mates in great position but was once again let down by the lack of quality in the likes of Ji Sung Park. Him chasing Dunne also resulted in our equaliser.

For some people, it seems Berbatov can do no right. He's a United player and you should be getting behind him and not viewing him with such dislike and bias.

And what on earth has Valencia got to do with this? I'm not marlo, Valencia's been excellent imo.
What happened to the third one?

Score fail.

he is turning it round,

unfortunately it's followed by a wiggle, wiggle and a backpass.

Don't think he is really.

Great player but it hasn't worked out, simple as that.

It's a lazy comparison, and one that's been made since the minute he arrived but it really has been Veron all over again.

Shame for all concerned.

Of course he is. He's one of the most talented players at the club, but as Carlo says, it hasn't worked out.

there's no "of course" about it. it's just your opinion.

by what measure is berbatov a "great player"?

Useless having talent if you can't use it.

I should know.

His close control is 2nd to none, his vision is brilliant, he's a good finisher. He is a class act but it just hasn't worked out at United. At Spurs he was a different player imo.

If you can't see Berbatov is talented then you are blind tbh. I think he'll get 1 more year at United but mainly because we're skint.

We need an out and out striker badly imo, we can't keep relying on Rooney to be the complete striker.
