Well you need to have a few fans there in the first place to have a singing section, so City would be £#%&!ed in that respect.

You need more organisation than that in an all seater stadium
Hound no singers out, cut people who don't know the words and have a disclaimer up saying as much. Having it full well before kickoff will ensure a better atmosphere, you walk in to a stadium that's buzzing and you act accordingly.

It will just mean 3103 try and out do the scoreboard #@&%!s. Stretty at heart.

If you wAnt singing , you need the following as mentioned in part by others ;

1 unreserved pay on the gate areas of the ground so people can congregate with mates
2 cheaper ticket prices
3 even cheaper ticket prices for the yute.
4 standing
5 cheap alcohol
6 stewards not nazis in yellow jackets .

None of the above will happen under the current regime IMO.

Need to £#%&! the day trippers off into the posh seats and encourage local youf into the ground . There the ones who make most of the noise .

This is just posturing by the club to show they have done something about it .

this. At least there is a few willing to give it a go and try and improve the atmosphere. I suppose its not cool enough for some and its easy to poor scorn but I am sure their intentions are good.

For a change can we try and be positive about something that could improve things at Old Trafford or you could just £#%&! off and start your own club and hopefully get a million quid from the council.

Didn't they encourage vocal fans to go in the tier 2 of the Stratford end when it was built? If you go to old Trafford I can't see why you'd be against it, is gonna improve the atmosphere and your experience. Even if its by a fraction.

You can move your season ticket to be wioth your mates in teh singing section. The stewards let them stand the last time it was in operation. They are on about having a section for 16-18 year olds with reduced prices.

Mustn't try to improve the atmosphere that has been garbage for years even when we were actually winning things and playing decent football. £#%&! off complaining - next up, the singing section is all part of a conspiracy to keep Moyes in the job.

There needs to be some sort of organisation if you want to create a decent atmosphere in a 76000 all seater stadium (for most games).
yeah, but they're cut throat gangster denizens of the buenos aires slums not ex-everton fans from runcorn and look-at-me slimmers of the year celebrity fans.
