There's no player I have ever hated as much as Gerrard.Even Fowler, I'd love to spear the @#%&!, but Gerrard is at a level all on his own.

Gerrard, Carrager, Mascherano, Fowler, Shearer, Keown, Vieira, Tevez, Robben, A Cole, Lionmanlionheart and Malcolm Christie - all in my top 'most hated'.
