You're missing the point. The Glazers have beeb here 14 years, they could have done the South Stand at any point and ended up with a higher value asset, the reason they didn't isn't because a sale is imminent, its because they only think short-term and £#%&! us long-term. They could be here another 14 years and the chances are they wouldn't touch the stadium.

so odd because surely you'd rather a few bill in the bank now than £30mil a year.

But they can bank £30m a year while the value of the club goes up and in the meantime use the club as collateral to invest elsewhere, they can’t lose.

This and can't see them selling in a rising market, I don't know (or care) what the analysts are projecting, but we are way off the top yet. From near bankruptcy to billionaires is some jump for the family glazer

whats the point in waiting for this rising to stop...it will never stop going up. You've always gotta pick a time to sell.

They clearly have not been given a bid or bid close to what they want. Thats the real reason they've not sold.

Talk Sport and the sun are both owned by the same media organisation. Listening to talk sport is like reading the sun...

Of course they would, the still unanswered question is if they actually do.
