I complained about it last year, but nearly every pass is wrong; underhit, overhit, just in front, just behind, in the £#%&!ing throat, at the wrong angle to make use of the space. Every £#%&!ing time. There was a period at the end of the 1st half where Greenwood had to stretch to reel in 3 passes on the spin that were simple on the face of it, but just too much for our £#%&!tards. He ended up having to have too many touches to do anything other than lose it or roll it back to the full back. It’s all the £#%&!ing time.

Say what you like about the manager, but some of these £#%&!ers can’t even do the £#%&!ing basics right.
He should really stop playing them then. I know the alternatives are questionable too, but McFred is just not good enough. The safety net with a giant hole in it.

I’ve never known a United side so had at sensing danger. There were two instances where we could have cynically ended that move today. We didn’t. Then Shaw comes hurtling across to the ball, leaving Townsend free.

That Newcastle goal this season, the Wolves chances early on. Truly alarming stuff.

That goal we conceded to Demba Ba last season in Turkey and the Sheffield United winner at home are two of the most horrendous goals we’ve ever
Conceded.

Wasn't that Sheffield United winner offside, or am I thinking of something else in that game?

No, sheff utd's first goal was a foul on the keeper from a corner

The winner was when we had about 8 chances to clear the ball in our area and still managed to mess it up.

Yes, that's what I had in mind - and I think we had a perfectly good goal chalked off as well. Still, no excuse.

Same old, same old.

I've never seen a team with this much talent on paper pass the ball sideways so often.

Fred, The Scottish Player and WBS can't get it forward so it's always the same, run it up to Luke Shaw on the left, or break on the counter attack.

I don't understand how United can add Ronaldo, Varane, and Sancho to a team of Fernandez, Pogba, De Gea & Cavani, and I still feel like I'm watching shoddy football? I want my 90 minutes of my life back.

I can complain on here right? Complaining ok.

Tell you what though, Sancho looked good, credit to him.

Shame he mis judged that opening to smack the winner away late on.

We’ve slept on him since Ronnie re-joined. He’s got so much talent I’m actually delighted he’s joined when Ronnie came back, it’ll make him a machine soon… will be our best player by the end of the season I reckon. Bookmark it.

a few points

-is it me or does this team under “ole the novice” not have anything eve resembling a game plan?
Most good teams will have a game plan or at least some sort of direction for how to go about the game. targeting a weak side on the opposition, breaking them down systematically etc....
we seem to pass the ball to shaw he runs up to about the half way line passes it back to varane and if pogba doesn’t come deep and collect it we just keep playing it across the back four until awb does something ridiculous and loses it.
Every team we’ve played this season apart from Leeds have played with more conviction and cohesion.

-ole smiling and laughing is the reason Fred and co show no urgency or play like they don’t care. there’s absolutely no consequences for poor performances. Even Benitez was fuming that Everton weren’t winning.

It isn’t just you. Signing the best possible squad on it own isn’t a winning formula.

I haven't seen it since but couldn't Fred have just fouled their player for the goal?

Our players as thick.

Did he?

Thought he was shit again. He doesn't want to get into the box. Rashford will be straight back in.

Yes. And Shaw was similarly out of position like he was for Newcastle’s goal a few weeks back.

Why would he just randomly foul someone on the half way line? Yes he should have been stronger but to think he thought that there was a goal threat on the half way line is a bit bizarre. Or you could say clutching at straws.

Fernandinho how has made a career from fouling people on the half way line

See Fernandinho, Fabinho, Kante etc. Any number of midfielders that specialise in these type of fouls

When a team is breaking from a corner and most of your team is behind the ball, a tactical foul makes complete sense. The question should be why wouldn't he foul him?

He must have known it was a dangerous counter attack?

It's utterly stupid from Fred. Put it out of play or foul.

He likes randomly fouling in any number of other positions why not there when the danger is obvious ...

Then he could have done his little hardman routine again.....

The massive square headed #@&%!...

It wouldn’t be random would it? It would be a cynical foul to stop a counter attack. The type you see on any given weekend by midfielders with any sense of awareness. Take one for the team etc

If he loses that ball, Gray is away down the left. It was pretty clear.

It amazes me how we give away daft needless fouls, but don’t do it when we actually need to.

When we need to take more risks with the ball, we don’t. When we need to be more careful with the ball, we’re not.

We’re an immensely careless and stupid team.
