Instead we lose humiliatingly.

The Solskjaer era will properly be looked back upon as the absolute rock bottom of post-Fergie United. Dark, dark years. Some will only see the damage caused later on. There could still be plenty of more pain to come.......
Liverpool scored 9 goals on their last two visits at old Trafford. Disgrace.

Only one interesting quarter-final tie. Hopefully, the semis will be more interesting.

I don’t want to break this to you, but it wouldn’t have made any difference.

Feel free to keep harping on about it though

Did we ever batter them like that under Fergie? It’s actually shameful how far we’ve fallen,

Liverpool would never allow that to happen at Anfield
They are always aggressive and never make it easy

How many times over the last 10 years have we just let teams come to Old Trafford and do what they want while putting up minimal resistance
The spinelessness really has been disgusting

3-0 with Mascherano sent off should have been 6, made some excellent saves. Also the 2-1 in 04 we absolutely battered them first haf yet needed a last minute Barthez save from Hamman just to get the points. At Anfield pissing away a 3 nil lead was as close as we got to hammering them. Saying all that we have a string of very lucky and/or late winners against them which must have been even more sickening than the @#%&!tings we have recently received.

Well on top for a while in the 2-1 win under LvG too but let them back into the game second half iirc. Rooney missed a late penalty too.

Football has been one kick in the %@#$&!s after the next the last 5 years though. Us being an utter mess while Liverpool and City battle it out being the best teams in Europe with every other European team in transition so you know the odds are those @#%&!s will be in with a great shout to win in Europe and Chelsea’s odd success thrown in for good measure.

Pathetic that clubs can be in with a shout for trebles and quads every season ffs and 100 pts point total etc.

Yeah we just have to hope that when Klopp and Guardiola finally leave they won’t be as dominant and we will be a few seasons under the new manager and ready to capitalise

I think that's what has been the biggest kicker. The fact that even though we weren't as good as them, we simply just rolled over against them. That's unforgivable. I can accept the fact that our players aren't as good as theirs but there's no excuses for some of the pathetic surrenders we've seen. We've never been allowed that luxury against them in the past, speaks volumes as to the attitude and mentality of the team.

That last 20 mins or so against City the other week were just abhorrent. It's the type of shit that Arsenal have been doing for about 15 years. A bunch of sackless ponces with no character just accepting defeat and getting absolutely rolled the minute they face a decent team.

If we beat them at OT they would not have qualified. Simple as that.

Stop trying to rewrite history. You were fully camp Ole back then werent you, no wonder it is a sore subject.

Haaland to City, Liverpool CL winners. United completely down and out. The Ole legacy laid bare.
