Again, its a third kit - will probably be worn in official games a couple of times ever.

Can't make up my mind whether I hate it or think it's genius. Would be great seeing us playing some of that lightning-fast counter attacking football wearing a kit that bedazzles. So, maybe great for our forwards, but what the £#%&! is Harry McGuire going to look like wearing that

Wouldn't it work both ways though?

Daniel James picks up the ball and sprints at top speed, and half of our squad drops to the floor and start having seizures.

Awful kit. Awful selling point. Burn it with fire.

Daniel James should be nowhere near the kit. Awful kit, awful player.

Kit looks like a fricken romper. How can that not be a wum? Genuinely one of the worst kits I’ve ever seen Makes our pink one look amazing.

the weird thing being, the blue shown above not only looks superb, it would sell to all ages - the young who want the latest one, and the older generation out of nostalgia....

it seems that they don't actually want people to like the new kits...

No way the club should be accepting that ffs. No chance of winning in that, none.

Away fans will have a field day (if they’re there).

Nearly as bad as thought he'd look in it FFS. Looks like the shittest short-sleaved onesie you could imagine.

A valid point I hadn't considered. I do think someone at Adidas has come up with the colour scheme for a similar reason, though, which they're going to end up regretting for the rest of their days. I think the players will genuinely be embarrassed wearing that (can imagine the look of their faces in the changing room, as they're getting kitted up - can see them rebelling against ever actually wearing it).

Wonder if professionals play worse in shit kits. You’d have to think they’d be self conscious wearing those pyjamas.

Years back the team I played for changed kits for no reason and we had this oversized orange and white effort. Used to hate even putting it on. We got relegated that season.

Well we do have that grey shirt ("good with jeans" they told us) from 1995/96 as corroborating evidence.
