Btw, unsure why baron and jaffo's tickets aren't going to local lads up here who wouldn't find a problem getting there and back....

It's easy, meet in Wimbledon for a few drinks then tram to Croydon, walk from there. Don't know what all the fuss is about.

Fair play to Jaff - anyone else on here go yesterday and making the trip down to Palace on Wednesday? Not many I bet.

I think Jaffo is showing a stoic side many didn't thinker had

It just shows his commitment to the game by attending via a massive trek when he no doubt has other fab options for an evenings entertainment

Not that I'm aware of. Though that driver nodded off whilst doing 40mph which isn't very encouraging

Two matches on the trot and a tram. Excellent.

I'm sure tram disasters aren't daily events.

Got chubbed but had a call of the ticket office today saying they had returns. If anyone's struggling give them a bell. The lad said they'd had loads returned.

Ooh, rail workers are having a legitimate strike over safety issues, but I'm having a right old moan because it might mean I can't have a G&T

I fully support their right to strike. Just wish they'd do it another day less inconvenient for me.

On a completely different topic I woke up this morning with Mrs J on one side of me and the dulcet tones of Charlestown Rouge coming out of the radio on the other. Most disconcerting
