Confidence is a big part of football, you would imagine they'll be 5/5 come mid sept and buzzing....its a really ageing side though that just about fended off a United that went further than them in cl, lost ronnie and tevez, had an unprecedented injury crisis.

If we sign a couple of decent players to go into the first team straightaway then class would inevitably tell but as it stands(only mid June) its all to play for. Seems like another summer of little spending from United and Chelsea though.
