Fair enough.

Just so that we’re clear though, what is it you’re admitting being wrong about this time; United being a two-bob piece of shit club that no self respecting 16 year old would join?

Fergie shouldn't be anywhere near our training ground. Lock him up until the summer.

Got a couple of good mates who have been season ticket holders at Birmingham City for years, and they rave about this kid. Say he's easily the best young player they've had at the club in a long time, and he'll be nailed-on as a regular England international before he's 20.

He does seem impressive from what I've seen. Has the physicality and technical ability with the ball in the middle of the pitch that remind you of that @#%&! Yaya Toure, and to be a regular central midfielder in the Championship at 16 takes some balls.

Has a very sensible family around him, hence why they're probably opting for the safer and steadier Dortmund choice, rather than the money United are no doubt dropping on the table. Shame if we miss out IMO; would be a great signing. His value will absolutely skyrocket in a couple of seasons, same way that Sancho's has.

May as well stay at Bham. No chance he starts for Dortmund or United. What’s the rush?

Aren’t Birmingham forcing it because of their financial problems?

Dortmund is a great choice for someone like him.

He'll get football in a good young side in a decent league, make decent money, and if he does well, and he won't be stuck there if the big clubs come calling.

Dortmund have made a good working model out of being a selling club. They've made themselves very attractive as a kind of incubator for young talent, and players know they won't be trapped there.
