Aye, just on the 50mg capsules atm but I was on 100mg slow releases when it was really bad pop 5 of those bad boys in the morning a the day's a piece of piss. I see the dosage as a suggestion and nowt else, just like Ice in cider.

I may actually have a bit of a problem tbh.

do you think dosages need to be increased to maintain the same level of effectiveness (i.e will the body pick up tolerance to Tramadol ?). I can see how they can get addictive, both for the pain relief itself (and the very pleasant side effects ) - go easy old bean!

Yeah I try not to do more than 2 weeks of constant usage without a week off tbh, opiate rattles are not pleasant (more so with tram cos it's synthetic) but with trams you can wean down pretty effectively.

sound advice and actually following this patern - noticed a bad headache and a bit of roughness the morning after I stopped after 10 days using Tramadol. Apart from that nothing else really. I am being mindful about it, though, as I am enjoying myself the relieft a little bit too much

Only just seen this. £#%&!ing hell what a shocking thing to happen out of nowhere.
