I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure I never spat at anyone once i turned 18.

Not sure I spat at anyone before then tbh.

Lads, it's on a girl. Prison by Easter.

"I regret what happened at Highbury."

"I was frustrated and did it without thinking in the heat of the moment but I'm not going to make excuses."

"No matter what the physical or verbal provocation, I shouldn't have reacted like that I would like to apologise for any offence caused."

Gained some respect for him when he was the first in the media to drop Moyes truth bombs.
But spitting at someone is disgusting, proper vermin behaviour.

99% of us do that every day when we get caught up with any road rage %@#$&!s. This #@&%! is in the media - as siders said, painfully thick.

Shame as he was my favourite pundit but I’m sure I’ll get over it.

All pretty silly.

But would you expect a dipper to respond any other way?

As said, shame as he’s probably the best pundit around.

Dad is a cringe but spitting

Like Armers said, can't remember the last time I spat at someone. Wouldn't ever come up as an option. It's not even effective, unless you are seven years old and gossing in the mouth of someone who you have pinned down.

I reckon the dad is an absolutely sound fella, NQAT.

I also reckon he'll have more to say about Carraghers half arsed 'apology' (recorded) once he's cleared it with some legal people he's dealing with. Just a wild stab in the dark.

No way the spit hit anyone at that speed...
