Bloody loved it when I was a youngster...

You can measure the speed of a penalty down the park btw.
Speed = distance / time.

You have a stop watch ?
Velocity tbf.

As an engineer I thought that would be far too inaccurate for you?

National history museum for me. Soft spot also for Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow. Easy to lose half a day there. Dali's Christ of St John on the Cross

In fairness last time I went to MOSI I might well have missed all the interactive stuff as there was a fire alarm and we had to stand outside for £#%&!ing ages. Just loads of trains, planes and bikes, etc. Kids weren't half as excited as I thought they would be. Maybe too young.

Imperial War Museum though. Splendid museum.

Only been to the north. Took the old lady and finally a museum she could get into. The Big Pitcure Show was great. (Actually she enjoyed the Lowry too)

The thing with the Imperial war museum is the reverse tardis thing, it's a giant £#%&!ing building on the outside and then the inside is a bit cramped in spots.

As for the Lowry I've never seen one of that @#%&!'s paintings that I thought was that much cop. Loads of other artists I can accept are amazing and produced works of genuine beauty, Lowry is meh.

They're going to buy the Ted Bates statue if it goes up for sale.

Just back, not bad, the Michael Jackson statue the obvious stand out.

The sticker swappers are an odd bunch.

No need for the pictorial evidence of you doing the penalty shoot out Funners, there was a picture there already

I thought it was bobbins when I went. You have to pay for pretty much everything aside from 'looking at things'.

Was the Michael Jackson statue there when you went? Or the sticker swap shop?
Might have altered your opinion.

At least three of those things will be going in the not-too-distant so enjoy it while it lasts.
