It was. Great defensive work from Rose & then built from the keeper forward. I love watching that kind of football & I remember when we used to play like that.

Liverpool were hanging on there.

Great save and disallowed follow up.

Not a surprise in the slightest

Say what you want but Liverpool in important home European matches always bring huge intensity on and off the pitch

Compare that to our “big” knockout match at home to Sevilla last season
Tame on and off the pitch

The miss by rose at the end from the Kane no look pass was the football we used to play...

What an awful night of football. The season keeps on giving.

Can someone remind me the last time united visited anfield when the gap between us was this big, and not in favour of united Liverpool top and unbeaten, united 16 points worse off. Merry Christmas

Napoli weren't up to much but had enough chances to go through. That double barrelled £#%&!er went off injured, Milner too.

We can beat them.

I only watched the second half of the Spurs game but they could have scored 5.

Think I'm right in saying Eriksen only has 18 months left on his contract. What I'd give to see him in a United shirt.

We presumably will, just five minutes after he's jumped the shark.
