Ironically enough, they are quite easy to spot due to the unusual position of the engines.

And the fact that they can usually be found at the bottom of a smoking hole in the ground

You can check the flight number link online.

You are right, most people won't check, but I sure as f*** will.

Report out on the first crash (Lion Air).

A number of factors involved, poor reporting of previous problems, poor maintenance, dodgy pilot (1st officer) but mostly Boeing's bean counting.
