In fairness to MO7, he does a good job of keeping himself out of the team.

Look at how good he is now, in his first season. The thing I love with Chich is he isn't just a finisher, he's actually a good and clever player. He's gonna be a huge player for us, he's got the right temprament and attitude and doesn't get bullied either.

Love him tbh.
He has been the highlight of the season by a mile, for me.

His chance conversion rate is simply brilliant. The best since Ole. I remember him getting clean through against Blackpool and I was shocked when he missed. He got through again a minute later and there was simply no way he was gonna miss again.

How many goals is he up to now? 15? That's unbelievable for a bit part player. He could get 20 goals this season as a 'back-up' striker.

Next season will be very interesting.

Hasn't Cheech got the best goals to minutes ratio since the Premier League began?

35 goals this season between our second and third choice strikers is an amaxing haul, especially when a lot of the time we play a 4-5-1 with rooney up fron on his own
the new holy trinity is rafael-nani-cheech

Both have the potential to do so.

I think a front 4 of Rooney, Berb, Pea and Welbeck (loved his turn and volley at Arsenal at the weekend, btw) next season could be the most exciting and versatile we've had in years.

That means Owen can leave. Hint hint....

Wouldn't surprise me.

The only crumb of comfort from that 'performance' Sunday too. Despite the game being dead, he still got in the areas, still caused problems and got his goal. Could've had two or three aswell. Proper striker - still wants goals even if they're mere consolations. Another notch on the bedpost etc.

He scores all kinds too and at different times and circumstances. Just a natural '1 in 2' scorer.

Scored against all the rest of the big 4 besides Arsenal, got 2 chances to do that.

If Bebe were to make a telling and positive contribution in the same side I'd be £#%&!ing delirious

I know whatcha mean though. 2 chances 2 goals. Doesn't seem like the kind who will struggle to score in big games either. The circumstances don't seem to affect him. He seems as likely to convert a chance or not regardless of the context or size of the game.
