Lack of depth killing us. Lacking of quality killing us. Let’s be honest, only Eriksen , Casemiro and Bruno are quality footballers. Martinez is a good defender on the ball . Ronaldo rashford vdb Sancho dalot ,they’ll have moments but none of them you can realistically rely on. Most of them don’t even have moments.

You take varane out and the defence turns shit. Imagine if Eriksen or Casemiro gets injured, we have no midfield .

The first goal was lindelofs fault. Second was Martinez and the third was both of theirs . This is in a game where Martinez has still been one of our better players. Should tell you all you need to know about the others.

Glazers already don’t want to spend on Jan so you better hope they take those loans out against the club. We need reinforcements . Badly

Missed Bruno, but we've had three players involved who are finished/out of their depth - Ronaldo, van de Baek, Elanga.

Really need to sell a couple and get some quality in depth.

There is an element of their legs going but the first two goals were conceded in the first 15 mins and then the third was on the 49th min.

Lots of work to do for ETH. Players need to be binned , others need to be signed. Let’s just hope he gets the backing from the parasites

A timely reminder that we’re a work in progress. All our flaws (and there are still many) have surfaced today. There will be plenty of moments like this this season.

Doesn’t tell us anything we don’t know already.

Shit performance, shit result. Onto the next one.

Any team can lose to City, Brighton are a decent side.

But this performance and the one at Brentford have been abhorrent. Disgusting load of shit.

Can have all the depth you like, can't give away goals like their third

On the manager this. Starting beek puts you at a disadvantage from the start. Then replaces the biggest attacking threat with elanga.

A proper goalkeeper and we aren’t 1-0 down tbh.

absolutely honking result really.

You just knew that new manager bounce would land hard….

Ronaldo captain, disgraceful from ETH and he’s lost some power there imo. Hope all his friends in the studios are happy hes getting all this deserved game time. Love to hear Keane’s bullshit now

Ronaldo is absolutely finished. If he wants to see the season out, hopefully he gets used to 10 minute cameos after we hopefully get a striker

poor team selection has costs us. we didn't have much by way of midfield anyway. no one* would have picked the don to play today. lindelof going for a walk for the first (and martinez being slow, for once, to cover for him) got us off to a bad start. that doesn't happen if we play a 3-man midfield. garnacho tried, but playing him, the don and ronaldo was 10h's mistake.

Yea, you almost have to limp to the season and hope there’s more good moments than bad. Realistically there are alot do players in that team who are past it or just not good enough.

Ronaldo needs binning , need more from dalot and from Sancho rashford elanga martial when they do play.

Todays performance has been diabolical. Only Eriksen and Casemiro come out of it with any level of self respect.

You have to come to expect it because a good chunk of the players just aren’t good enough.

They’ve had improvements under ETH but you also need quality .

Said it when Emery was announced; new manager bounce, we struggle against his sides anyway, and we play them twice in a week. It’s as if everyone in the whole of football gets together and works out how best to £#%&!s us over on a weekly basis.

Properly £#%&!ed off tbh. Can’t stand Emery, the smarmy @#%&!

Clearly designed to spark a revival in form, but his legs have gone as has his coordination and finishing ability. Needs to go.

We deserved nothing out of that game.

Ronaldo is finished. Rashford can play in one position only. Donny's head has gone completely.
