Re: Pep Guardiola
I'd go for a man whose native language is Portuguese, yet is also fluent in English. And French. And Spanish. And Italian. He knows a bit of Catalan to boot. But Portuguese is key considering the amount of young Brazilians we have playing for us, and coming over. If we don't get Jose in as Fergies heir, then no skin off my nose, but he really is the best of the rest, with a proven track record, and by jove I'd like him to be our next boss.

Fergie's one of a kind in terms of loyalty to one Club. There's nobody currently managing in England that I'd want taking over from Fergie. Mourinho's the only man for the Job imo...although Guardiola would be a good second choice. |

Re: Pep Guardiola
We are unique among the great clubs of European football in having had the same manager for over two decades. Whoever takes over will only be here for four or five years, before being replaced by someone else.
Love Pep btw. Great player, quality coach. Never really considered it before, but it would be an interesting choice. Mourinho is obviously the outstanding candidate should the vacancy come up this summer. Hopefully not |
