As much as Klopp is an annoying , gurning cartoon character he is the best manager in the world currently.
Agree with this, there is no point hoping for a collapse as:

a) it won't happen, they are an excellent team who are unbeaten at home in 3 years, got 97 points last year, 2 CL finals in a row and have dropped points in one game all season into December

b) to have city get to 3 in a row when Guardiola looks like he will flake off at any point and delay the inevitable by a season just drags it out more

A good season for us now is not getting beat by one of those two teams in the semis/final of the league cup and city not winning the champions league. We'll take our medicine now but we won't go 30 years without winning the league.

Agreed. We’re at a point now where it’s almost pointless even thinking about what these clubs are doing because it makes us look petty and obsessed. If you follow football long enough almost every significant club goes through a rosy period; luckily enough, ours was much longer than most.

We just need to focus on ourselves and forget what everyone else is doing. If we can just chip away at all the mistakes made in the last 6 years and follow the plan of youth combined with top quality, mentally sound experienced pros, then hopefully we’ll be in a good place once the teams we’re talking about tail off. And they definitely will tail off.

Still, it would be nice if the bastards didn't win almost every game by a single goal......

It’s going to be disgusting for quite a while tbf.
It would be quite funny if England won the Euros, which would supersede (in the public eye) the vermin winning the league.

Yeah, the relief when they win games 4-0 is huge.

They're going to win the league. £#%&! it and £#%&! em, makes it all the sweeter when they fall back down. Hopefully by some miracle it's us that knocks them off their perch again.

We used to manage that on occasion as well as all the late winners.

They probably won’t even bother with a parade. ‘Cruising to the title in March has been such a let-down. The mancs must be pissing themselves’

Makes sense tbh. Obviously they’re going to be over the moon but they’re as good as champs already. Anti climatic with no title race so ner ner

They will still have the most unwanted of records - thirty years. That gives us a bit of time to sort our own shit out
