Social media wasn't as prevelant then, trying to get a fan base as massive as ours organised and spread the word around across the country, even the globe, was next to impossible.

Nowadays you might be able to get a boycott to stick a bit better, then again, maybe not.

Loads of people are to blame but it all boils down to the owners.

No competition, if we had social media as it is now back then, we'd be doing a lot better than trending hashtags and unsubscribing from youtube.

Don't know if I'd blame him for the glazers. I feel the paddies would have sold anyway.

I'd say 30% SAF, 70% glazers (woodie is their responsibility)
Glazers are the disease not the cause of it, likewise wood£#%&!. Fergal could have sunk their catastrophic bid had he chose to, but he didn't, he threw his lot in with them, gave them his full support and facilitated their take over and was no doubt well rewarded for it. He's way more than 30% culpable.

14 years of being a PLC was enough time to get past 10% and block a takeover, not saying I would blame the fans for the state of the club but some responsibility falls on them. It's a combination of the options listed and it has next to no chance of getting better for the foreseeable future.

You mean those fans who could never give up the club they love but can now we’re a bit shit?

I'm talking about buying shares in a publicly limited company so that no-one was forced into giving up a ST and being called a splitter or keeping it and being called a scab.
