Met Wesley Brown one time when he was about 15 and playing for United's under 16s I think. Well, I say met, it consisted of "You're Wes Brown, aren't you?" " Yeah". I'd seen him on TV playing for England Schoolboys, he stood out as a red haired black man. The next one and last one was Lee Martin, the 1990 one. Sound fella. Oh yeah met Paul McGrath as well.

Mark Robbins as his Mum worked at Crumpsall Hospital when mine did.

Spent the most time with Remi Moses as my Mum and Dad know him and I've played 5-a-side with him too.

Most impressed by Paul Parker as he offered to give me a lift home from the Cliff when my Grandad was late picking me up from training.

Least impressed by Dennis Irwin as he wouldn't give me his shoes when I wanted them to get in to Cellar Vie and he wouldn't give me a hug until his wife (who was fit as) told him to do so.

Me and my mates asked him for a fiver outside OT at dinner time when I was at school in the 70s

i like it that the majority of players mentioned are from the 70's & 80's, an era when players were all so much more accessible

cantona i couldnt actually speak to him as i was lost for words
and my uncle tried geting into katie price as me and my mate were talking to dwight yorke on the other side of his car outside OT
