Or saying it's already looking tough. We look a side who will drop a lot of points.

Anyway, point is Spurs looking like the wheels might come off is a good thing.

Based on what? We should be sitting on maximum points imo.

Shocking

Based on the fact we just look an average side. Chelsea have come out of the blocks a bit faster than I expected also. May need to get a win there to assert ourselves as contenders, but right now I think us challenging for the title looks a huge reach.

We would be on maximum points if it weren't for the points we'd dropped.

Ridiculous to suggest we'll drop any points though. Ridiculous.

Hugely average side - when the biggest demonstration of team spirit is an instagram photo of some of them out for a meal the other night then you know you’ve got problems.

I can’t see beyond 4th being our only realistic target. Average squad with individual players a not playing any sort of coherent progressive style - often looking badly coached and unmotivated with a joy hoover for a manager- what could possibly go wrong?

Pochettino has had a meltdown in their champions league press conference started going on about cows and trains and basically said Spurs aren't challengers for any competitions at all.

Obviously, he won't be subjected to the same ridicule and sneering from the press as our manager was, in fact it's not even warranted a mention on the BBC football page.

Haven't read the replies but my take...

1. The press aren't really interested in Spurs shaky start because nobody really expects them to be winners.

2. United are the polar opposite.

3. You should worry when the press are not interested in our dreadful performance.

It looked a huge reach after the summer transfer shambles.

No pal, Liverpool have been handed the top 1 spot. Used to be the case Liverpool fans proclaimed themselves champions by the end of september. Now united fans do it for them.
