There’s plenty wrong with United, but these journos hate our club and have been waiting decades for their opportunity to pile on. We don’t need to help them out.

Did you read the article? It wasn’t about Felix nor was it critical of the club for not signing him, it was explaining that there is a strategy at the club (whether or not anyone is convinced by it or how far it goes is another question). Also it was written by a lifelong United fan, as are most articles in The Athletic about United.
