Default Dental dilemma

This dentist I go to is located just around the corner. Lovely.

He never gives me a needle, because he never uses the drill!

Unfortunately, this one filling he attends to REPEATEDLY falls out. If I leave it too long before going back, the cheeky f***er charges me to refill his shoddy work.

In fact he repaired it the other day, and it fell out tonight.

What do I do? Keep going back, enjoying the 5 minute appts, or find a new dentist who will probably make me endure a 2hr root canal?

It's a dental dilemma.

The filling is too big to stay in. Root canal and crown or get it pulled.

It's actually a small corner repair to a larger filling. I'd happily have the c*** ripped out tbh.

In fact I'd like to go on record as never accepting a root canal again. Wil go with dentures if necessary.

Considering a Smile In A Day consultation anyway.

Exclamation

I had a mate last year with a similar thing.

Kept with the same dentist, got an infection, head swelled up to the size of Vincent Kompanyís.

Wife left him then he got his head stuck in a window and died.

Buried him in a coffin shaped like a lightbulb. All because he didnít sort his filling.

Your call though mate.

Just heard that her sister has invited herself to stay for a few nights.

Bulb head sounds pretty good right now.

To get a proper fix for a broken tooth, the dentist needs to file it down, fill it, harden it and then grind it to shape... this needs an anesthetic, which means a needle in the gum. It's a tiny bit of pain for years of trouble free teeth. Change your dentist mate

It is at the time, but I needed multiple injections before one of my teeth got taken out and felt like I had been in the ring with Mike Tyson after the anaesthetic wore off
