He didn't have any choice though really. He does (or should) now.

He didn't have any choice in signing him or thinking he's a good player?

He had choices, but only among the same calibre of player. Fellaini was at the top end of the kind of players he was able to sign when at Everton. And then of course he was a good player for Everton. It's all relative though. Good for Everton might not be good enough for United.

Theoretically he can sign better players now.

Don't mind signing him, tbh - as long as he isn't our "big name" this summer. Can certainly raise more enthusiasm for him than Baines, tbh

FYI if we do sign this guy, he hates being referred to by his first name...

Guardian backing up what I posted elsewhere before.

Two midfielders. Moyes wants Fellaini & Fabregas.

With better players around him and playing a role he favours I reckon he'll be very good and make the step up ala Yorke.. If Chelsea bought him I would be more worried about them tbh.

True, or they nicked it from the Times article and added in details from today's Mail

Yep. He's a good player playing defensive mid. Better on the ball than people give him credit for aswell...

And if he does this on Yaya Toure then I'm even more for signing him...

This is based on my growing concern that Rooney is finally off.
That's not a bad looking line up actually.

However, I reckon we'd struggle without a keeper. Don't just take my for it though, ask Grimmers.

He'd never get away with things like that playing for United. He'd spend half the season banned.
