Does Peter Hook pop out and play the bassline from Transmission every time you flip a burger?

coals + smoking woods for a real bbq, but nothing at all wrong with a gas grill as an acceptable second, all-year round option (used to use my gas grill in the winter all the time and it shat all over the oven).

Iíve got a gas bbq and it really is the biggest waste of time imaginable. Only useful for doing sausages outside so your kitchen doesnít stink.

Just do it all indoors then throw a match on it for twenty seconds.

Sometimes use flavoured woodchip but essentially a half barrel arrangement with different height shelves... Skillet as required .

A BBQ should be simple.
I share these views.

Got this, does the job:
Iím in the market for a barrel rig. The optimum shape I reckon. Those round weber ones that cost the earth can get to f*** too.

This. A simple Weber and youíre absolutely sorted. If youíre doing large joints Iíd recommend a thermometer, Amazon job for £20 & it bluetooths to your phone so you can leave it be with confidence.
