I think itís down to your relationship with drinking rather than drinking itself.

Everyone has their own limits of self control and everyone reacts differently to it. If itís a bad relationship then youíre best removing it completely.

Good luck.

fair play if you've got a habit and need to kick it, but don't see the point if you drink in moderation... why deny yourself a pleasure, if it's in moderation there's no massive health implications. Do the gym and beers (prob not at the same time)

But yeah good luck.

I try to do 4 to 5 days alcohol free per week. The other two are difficult due to social situations.. and to be honest I still like a tipple.

Did eight months without a drop recently and canít say I enjoyed it that much. I barely drink through the week now maybe call for the odd couple of pints if Iím working close to a boozer. Out of habit I open a beer the minute I sit down at home and 9/10 I throw 3/4 away the next morning.

Despite my weekend groans though, I absolutely love a bender. Great craic with good mates having a laugh all day and night, you canít really beat it. Got another almighty one planned Friday for my 40th and o canít wait.

good luck though. I couldn't uphold my current social life without it.
This is key. Hema, give up your social life and itíll be a piece of piss.

I can quite easily not drink. Helps if youíre a gym wanker though as it directly affects your results.

Very rarely drink and can go months and months without touching a drop.

Usually have one or two around Xmas and a couple if at a family bbq but other than that nothing.
