The Wheelhouse in Falmouth Ė one of the best seafood places Iíve ever been to. Cash only, one white, one red and one prosecco on offer plus draft Moretti, a couple of bottles and thatís it. The food is prawns, lobster, mussels, crab and oysters when in season, accompaniments are chips and bread, desserts are sorbet (mango) or cheese board.

Very small and you have to book months in advance but, trust me, itís worth it. Really unpretentious, with lovely friendly staff, they provide some cutlery, but it gets messy very quickly. I know there are some Cornwall Holiday Reds on here so they are advised to check it out. Itís family friendly so no problem taking kids there, itís the kind of place where the more of you there are, the better.

Don't get all this restaurant nonsense.

it's about who you are eating with.

Are we allowed pubs in here? Just eaten in the Broken Cross in Rudheath. Come here every week and never eat but people rave about the food. Full fucking up

Got through a couple of bottles of Brunello red, may have been a bit pissed by the end but fuck it. Great service as well, the lad who waited on us previously worked at Hestons gaff at the Mandarin Oriental, top bantz.
Just finished a 2kg t-bone here (with family). Feel like Iíve eaten an entire cow. Top scran. 20% off with trip advisor booking so added it back as tip. Highly recommended. On way back to apartment, some American lads were chasing a thief up the street. Waiter from nearby restaurant piled in and took him down before police arrived. Good entertaimment to end the night.

Ate at the mercado Centrale last night - very decent. Especially good if you have a lot of people with different tastes. Good choice of draft beers as well.
