He must’ve just failed to find a willing victi.. I mean, buyer..

I'd imagine Raiola is now involved in the commercial side of things too and negotiating all his PR stuff. That alone is probably more valuable to him than trying to negotiate a deal with Everton.

I think that's hasty. Many companies are focusing on internal mobility as a way to reduce the frictional costs associated with staff turnover. I'd look to give them some training with a view to taking up new roles at the club.

Jones - Fred the red
Lingard - Head of social media
Dalot - translator

Jones wearing size twenty seven boots might be just what he needs to stop him falling over

Ole gave him a 5 year contract last summer. We'll never get rid.

Ole didn't give him that
Those deal were in the works for months before Ole became interim manager

Jones and Smalling's new contracts were done by the club

No way they would have got a new deal a few months later

It was signed last Febuary, when Ole was caretaker manager.

in and around 2018, the club (Ed Woodward presumably) decided to give lucrative new contracts to Phil Jones, Luke Shaw, Rojo, Lingard and Lindelof.

There can only be 2 reasons for this (IMHO): either the club was afraid that letting their contracts run down would hit their resale value ()
and/or giving them new contracts would be cheaper than buying replacements.

Woodward is a £#%&!ing clown.

I could understand Woodward making these sorts of mistakes in 2013, but still? Does this @#%&! ever learn?
