Are West Ham finally going to land their man?

The Daily Mirror reports that the Hammers are set to sign Brentford striker Scott Hogan for £12m.

Slaven Bilic's side have reportedly already had two bids turned down for the 24-year-old this month and tried to sign Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe but were told the Englishman was not for sale.

Hogan has scored 14 goals in 26 games for Brentford this season.
