Ticks more boxes than most managers IMO, the only sticking point is they've been strangely below par and inconsistent this season so not sure how he handles things mentally over long periods or helps his team adapt to challenges.

Some people stay ravenous forever, some people relax and get comfortable after a few wins. Some people don't mind losing.

He's great in the transfer market and youth development though and he plays a nice brand of attacking football.

Mourinho plays ugly, doesn't make many great signings and has no youth pedigree.
