Never been convinced by him.
Inherited an incredible bunch of players at Barca, and simply continued the progression started by Rijkaard, whilst failing to address their defensive frailties. Gave Eto'o and £50m odd for Ibra£#%&!inghimovic. He owes much of his success to United's complete tactical naivety in the 09 and 11 finals. If he thinks he has it tough at Barca... |
