Proper end of football as we know it on the horizon

Thi is almost the perfect storm.....empty stadiums, rampant greed, and united playing shite

Add in the cheeky @#%&!s trying to rob another £15 to see us lose to Newcastle and it does indeed feel like football is dying on its arse.....but we all know that whatever happens, we will be back at OT once permitted

Fingers crossed.

It’s been a pile of £#%&! for quite a while

Probably since Roman and his millions, maybe even before that tbf.

That £#%&!ing Eton @#%&! Johnson has just issued a statement calling these proposals “backroom dealing that undermines trust in football governance”

When even this lying charlatan is criticising you then you really have got it wrong

They can't.

Well, they can, but FIFA will throw us out of all international competitions.

Why would they let the other clubs find out via the press? Seems that would £#%&! them off more than anything.

Wenger is trying to get throw-ins changed to kick-ins.

Wonder if Steve Gibson still thinks the Glazers are good for the game?

Clubs tv rights was always mentioned (by fans) as a key objective of their takeover. Surprised it’s taken this long for the seed to be planted.

Grim times.

Grim times.
TV contracts grew so much, especially the international rights that they probably valued international growth more than immediate return. Now that they are more established particularly in the US market and the domestic rights are close to saturation they can begin to take the piss a bit more.

As you say it’s grim and there’s next to £#%&! all that can or will be done about it. I’ll take some solace that the misery inflicted on us as United fans by the leeches who took us over is now going to be spread out across a number of clubs, fans of which found nothing funnier than us going from richest to poorest club in the world overnight by the same spivs who now want to get their teeth into the rest of the pyramid. Devils and long spoons lads.

These proposals won't come to pass (in this current format).

They'll go away, water down bits (keep the bits they actually want) & then that'll be the pitch they will push for.

1) Let us make all the rules
2) Let us show our matches on our own channels
3) No more arabs or oligarchs
4) Pay for our stadiums to be fixed
5) Make half the season paid friendlies
6) Calculate how much sugar you need to keep this shit sandwich down
7) See 1. The rest we’ll change as need arises.

United & Liverpool. Seppo blood brothers.

Football.

The rest of the division should band together and vote in a new rule whereby you can call a vote of no confidence in existing owners and force a sale. We might get rid of these oily £#%&!s once and for all.
