Tbf the technology that goes into them is amazing, not just a case of throwing it together in some factory

But why anyone who isn't an elite athlete wants to wear one

I mean the £90 ones

I own two modern football shirts for 5 a side and only get them on sale under £20 though

When I was a young teenage heart throb in the mid 90, I had about 20, football tops. Never wore a non-football top.

I was a major gimp. Some say I still am.

Great shirts tbh. The away one will be epic, assuming they stick with red.

It's simple and understated. I like it.

I'll probably get one because a lot of pubs do discount on drinks if you're wearing and England shirt during the world cup round here.

Also if England do well in the world cup it lifts the nation's mood, more people go out drinking, I earn more money and in the event England crash out of the tournament people are less likely to direct their fury at my cab if i'm wearing an England shirt. #thinkingahead

When driving your cab today, try and get into a conversation about the England squad and state unequivocally that you think Heskey should be included. Use the phrases 'could still do a job' and 'offers us something different'.

Report back with the results.

Thanks.
