To be fair, after listening to the evidence, it's the right decision on some of the charges. Some of the testimonies.

Mr Mendy and Mr Matturie are set to face seperate retrials.

Mr Matturie's trial is due to start on the week commencing September 18, with a pre-trial review set for March 24.
