We are a poorly run club that has been in the doldrums for years.
You can’t blame young players for voting with their feet.

We need to be following the Scouse model here and get rid of young players quickly if they aren't going to make it and try and get what we can for them.

Can always agree a buy back clause / sell on clause if they do well - we are incredibly naive when it comes to selling and always seem to hope that players "will come good" when in reality few do -
