If their tactics were that great they wouldn’t need to spend 600-700 million on a squad, a team that is yet to make it past the semis of the champions league (pep) or the team wouldn’t be so fragile after 3 first team injuries (klopp) or he wouldn’t struggle to win the champions league with an unlimited check book (tuchel)
