Amazed eggs Benedict is on the Wigan Tesco menu tbh. They'll be due the millennium bug soon I reckon.

Tbh anyone ordering food in a tesco cafe needs a slap. That breakfast in the background too

The best I can say for that is it appears most of the constituent parts are present.

Soaked oats in almond milk overnight with linseed flax type.

Added a banana and some grapes and blueberries this morning.

Cup of black coffee.

Medicine.

Starting off well.
