Default Will Ed Woodward and Glazers provide the players the manger needs this summer?

Will they 'splash the cash' or do the bare minimum?

Nope.

Reckon we’ll probably get one maybe two and they’ll be second or third choices but wouldn’t be at all surprised if we end up with no new signings.

Nope. There’s a month till next season starts and our lads will be £#%&!ed going into it it’s crucial we add depth. We need 4/5 honestly. It won’t happen.

Course we won’t... we need 2/3 more top quality players and not people like Daniel ‘Headless Chicken’ James.

A defender who could cross or play it out of the back would be nice too.

Great advice from giggs to sign him up

This.

Done relatively well this season and should be going for it. Not with Succession running the club.

No. I have faith in Ole as a manager, and I trust that every player he brings here will be coming for the right reasons (say what you want about James, he puts the effort in). I have no faith in Woodward delivering the players. Didn’t we fanny about over Bruno last summer, and then when it became clear we needed him we got him in jan?

Well we have the 2nd highest wage bill in football and have spent more money since Fergie retired than nearly all other clubs

Not spending hasn’t been the issue in the last seven years
It’s been spending it badly
Over the course of this season we’ve spent over 200 million

Post COVID the budget is going to be affected by it and that’s understandable

Would love to see us use the loan and free transfer market to get good squad players in who Ole can trust to rotate the side
Not every signing has to be 50 mill plus

Juve are gagging to get rid of a lot of players. Even on loan deals. We should loan their right attacker Juan Cuadrado.

If we're too tight to spend during corona, then loan a few old mongs in FM style.

Doubt that will happen, if only because it would make the gimps/woowar the obvious fall guys for any subsequent failure. I expect them to try to cover their tracks just a bit.

No. We’ll spend the window dicking about over Sancho. We won’t sign him though and we’ll get Grealish on deadline day. We may lose some dead wood though (Jones, Smalling, Lingard) which would be a positive.
