I don't think I watched Everton's games with Liege, at least I can't remember them. I watched Liege's games with Liverpool that season and Fellaini was the one that stuck out for me, he was £#%&!ing brilliant in both legs against those @#%&!s.

Yeah (at least I think it was him, I'm not sure how much my memory can be relied upon tbh ), didn't impress me as much as Fellaini though. The midfield of Liege wiped the floor with Liverpool in both legs, they barely got near them, and they were only young kids. I was gutted and a bit amazed when Everton bought him.
