If he aint signed by pre-season he'll go AWOL, not because the player is trouble but because his agents are £#%&!ing £#%&!ers.

The lad needs to sign for us, if he's a hit we've an agreement to buy him and he'll be free of the £#%&!ers who every season use him as a piece of meat.

West Ham are the ones who £#%&!ed this up. They could have drawn up new contracts with MSI/JSI in line with rule U18, or stopped playing him, but instead they decided to go the route of unilaterally terminating their agreement with MSI/JSI just so they could play him again Wigan. It's total %@#$&!s. And now they're supposed to get rewarded for this just because the inquiry panel didn't have the balls to penalise them properly?

They are just trying to convince the fans that he's still there man so they sell more season tickets. The deal will go through, no question.

west ham have to play it like this because if they don't pretend they are the sole 'owners' of tevez then they're as good as admitting that sheff utd were right in their complaint against relegation. the pl must know that they have absolutely no chance in a court, even a british one, of winning the case. you can't just rip a contract up because you want to. it's a mess for both of them.

as whaley says, united have done nothing wrong here. the simplest way for us would be to allow one of the sides to take the other to court, the court to sort it out and us then to pay the money to whichever side wins. from our point of view it makes absolutely no difference who we pay. after all, both west ham and msi are @#%&!s.

This to me is the key that justifies any supposed paranoia that United fans are supposed to have.
This kind of %@#$&!s happens with us all the time
- last summer:
Scholes & Rooney sent off in the Amsterdam tournament = Both serve 3 match bans in the Premiership.
A year previously 2 Liverpool players are sent off in the Amsterdam tournament = Both have suspensions overturned by the FA.
pro-scouse hypocrisy.

The press are just as bad. I don't remember ANYONE batting an eyelid when Mascherano went to Liverpool...now suddenly everyone in Football is oozing ABU bile from every pore.
If Tevez had been snapped up by Arsenal the press would have £#%&!ing loved it - THE PROFESSOR DOES IT AGAIN! - Wenger proves what a genius ( ) he is in the market by bringing Tevez in to replace Henry etc..

United miss out on their man etc...

I hope after all this he does sign. Half the tabloid hacks in this Country would be borderline suicidal with bitterness.

There's a 3 Club axis that get the most favourable press in this Country -

Liverpool.
Arsenal.
West Ham.

Conversely, we are one of, if not the most disliked Club in the English press.

How many Premiership players have been on loan during the last few years?...plenty. Certainly a fair few from Arsenal & Chelsea.
Last year we had to put up with tabloid mudslinging over our Everton result because of Tim Howard.
Utter hypocrisy, double standards...whatever you want to call it.
The press actually tried to tarnish our Title be insinuating we'd 'cheated' !!
£#%&!ing outrageous.
Did Scott Carson play against Liverpool for example?? of course not, but who £#%&!ing cares?...that loan is ok in Martin Samuels warped, abu mind

The press (& let's face it most of us lot too) are gobsmacked by the fact we're bringing Tevez to the Club. It's a great coup for us & the perfect move for him.
The press/FA £#%&!ing hate it!...they're so pissed off it's not true.
It will make it all the more sweeter when he finally puts pen to paper.

I think were doing half of the work for them.

Hammers must be shitting themselves, not only are they losing there best player but they could well be losing there place in the league or hit with a big points deduction.
