good results. good performances in the main. very lucky not concede a hatful of goals, though.

Don't get this thread. If we played bad, we would have lost. Naturally.

Fortunately for us, we've been playing absolutely brilliant.

Yesterday was a free for all that we won comfortably and should have scored more.

How many saves did de gea have to make against villa, liverpool and spurs? We controlled all games.

well. against liverpool, he did not get anywhere near the lallana effort and there were a couple of times liverpool overhit through balls when we were wide open. the first five minutes against spurs was horrible. villa are shit. city could have scored more (as could we, although young's goal was lucky and mata's well offside, so I'm not complaining).

ok, I'll give it a go off the top my head. let's assume all four teams score with all clear cut chances they got (which never happens, but hey-ho).

spurs. created £#%&! all. zero.

Liverpool created one. That lallana miss in the first half. add sturridge. 2.

villa. that header from the free kick shortly before we scored our second. add benteke. 4.

city. The break from aguero where he should have squared to the umarked silva. add aguero's. 3.

so that's 9. In four matches. If every team had scored with every single clear cut chance they got.

as for how many we could have conceded from chances we didn't concede, I'm not really sure.
