I think perhaps it’s because of the role he’d be playing you need that bit of experience and discipline? His time will come though and hopefully he takes the opportunity with both hands.

Playing in CM is a massive ask in this league at 18. Especially in a dysfunctional team. Can't think of too many who have done it at a high level. He will need time to mature physically before being a regular.

Yes it's very odd isn't it...

Maybe it's because, you know, they don't think he is good enough...

Or maybe they don't think he's quite strong enough?

Such an intelligent and talented player.

Don't go in for the narrative that it's always a gamble to play a young player, depends on the player and who they are replacing.

The Scottish Player isn't naturally a holder midfielder and matic can't even £#%&!ing move.

Bring Garner in , The Scottish Player can be more Box to box and Pogba more attacking.

Yes, his ability is obvious so that is the only likely explanation.

His goal scoring been ridiculous for the under 21/23s this season.

Already 6 with multiple stunners and from notionally a defensive/ tempo setting distributor type midfielder as well.

Remember he came on in that preseason game and scored a belter.

Just scored a belter. Hope to see him become a regular feature soon enough.
