Yes, and only an idiot would believe that he's completely clean despite being faster than the fastest men that have ever lived of which nearly all have been found guilty of doping.

Add to that the fact that virtually the entire stable of Jamaican runners from his generation, both male and female, have been found guilty, yet the Nike and global athletics cash cow, who is faster than all of them, has supposedly remained clean.
