He was onto that loose ball like it was a giant ferrero rocher.

Impressive.

MJ Ramone

Thumbs up

great experience (played that second half to a tee - comedy slip aside)
still got a goal in him
the young lads benefit from having him on the pitch
Club captain

very important to have him available at this stage on the season nqat

If he increases in mass much more the ball will end up in a permanent orbit around him.

Worked hard and got a goal

Not much else

Can do a squad role in our less important fixtures till the end of the season

Scored, and was selfless in every aspect of his game otherwise. Imagine if we'd had a striker like that all season #champions

Type of performance you'd expect for one of the top paid footballers in the world. Wouldn't swap him for anybody.

Has to start Thursday now you'd think.

No surprise that our calmest, most professional performance in ages came with him back in the side.

This is what he does. The lad lives for this end of the season. The helmet of the league campaign if you will. He knows exactly how to work it.

Stunning performance. Had to double check it wasn't peak Messi weaving his magic out there.
