It doesn’t. Not in our lifetimes anyway.

If someone said in 1990 they’d not win the league again in the next 28 years we’d have all dismissed it as impossible.

I think they *will* win it fairly soon even if they don't this season (which still remains highly probable alas)

It would be nice for them to reach and even surpass the 30 year mark though
