I said they were going to make a statement and spend £300m, they did.

I wanted United to go out and sign some attackers. My frustration was and is with the board/Woodward.

Sad that Werner and Havertz went there, wholly unarsed about the rest of their signings tbh. Although Ziyech looked shrewd on the face of it.

Never rated Lampard and complained bitterly about the favourable press he was getting.
